Properly maintaining your vehicle is more important than ever. A good preventative maintenace program is the key to any vehicles longevity - it will make or break the deal. You need to choose your auto care provider as carefully as you do your doctor. Here are some simple checks you can perform;
    ~ Change your oil filter every 3,000-4,000 miles.
    ~ Check your fluids weekly. Make sure that includes brake, power
       steering, transmission/transaxle, windshield washer, and
       antifreeze.
    ~ Check tire inflation once a month. This will help increase fuel
       efficiency.
    ~ Check your lighting system monthly.
    ~ Check engine belts for cracks or missing segments. Worn belts
       can cause a vehicle breakdown. Replace belts when damage is
       visible.
